We use a variety of materials. We mention this with each product. 

 

Stainless steel:

- Anti-allergy

- Does not change color

- Should last many years because of it's strong quality

 

DQ Metal (Designer Quality):

- DQ is a high European quality

- Nikkel free

- DQ can change color depending on the PH of your skin. It is different for every person how it reacts to your skin. 

 

18K Gold / Premium Sterlingsilver:

- Does not change color

- Do not sport, shower, swim with this jewelry

- 75% pure gold 

 

Repairing

 

At our workshop, more than 80% of our pieces are lovingly handmade, which means there might be occasional imperfections. However, we always strive to provide the best quality to our customers.

 

If your jewelry breaks shortly after receiving it or after just a few wears, please reach out to us, and we'll repair it for free. If it's broken due to regular use, we'll charge a small fee for repairs. Please note that items damaged due to improper handling or lack of maintenance won't be repaired for free.

 

Care

 

Take good care of the jewelry. For example, you can avoid water, perfume, do not sleep with it. This is not necessary with every material but is important for the jewelry because it can affect the color and quality.
