More than half of the jewelry is handmade by us, so we need at least 1-3 days to make and ship the order.
When we have sent it you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
!!!We are not responsible for lost packages. You can report this to us and we will do our best to help but we cannot promise anything.
RETURN
Are you not happy with an order item? Or do you want to return it for another reason?
That is not a problem! You can return your order in the 14 days after you receive it.
The return shipment is at your own risk!
Conditions:
- The jewelry must not be worn or damaged (if it does, it will be deducted from the voucher)
- Personalized jewelry can not be returned
- A good explanation of why you are returning it
After getting the item back ,we will give you a voucher. (We will not refund the costs to return the item!)
